What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, the goods will be returned to the carrier's depot and redelivered the next working day. If you miss the delivery again, our carrier will leave a card stating the attempted delivery and the pick-up location. The carrier will then keep the goods for 5 working days in one of its branches. If it is not picked up within this period, it will be automatically returned to us.
