How can I return my order?
Are you not satisfied about the delivered products, would you like to exchange your order or does the product not fit in your interior? No problem, we are here to help you.
Rules for returns:
- Your return period of 14 days starts the day after delivery. All returns after 14 days are rejected.
- You are responsible for the packaging and protection for the shipment back to us. All goods must be send in original packaging and disassembled. If this is not the case or there are any damages we have the rights to not 100% refund your order.
- It's not possible to pick-up your order. We provide a free return label for consumers and they can bring it back to a DHL parcel shop.
- Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
- Assembled products as office chairs and conference chairs can not be returned. All office chairs and conference chairs are provided with a gas-lift. Once you assemble the chair and put the gaslift in the chair and sit on the chair, the gastlift will be fixed and is not able to disassembled anymore. After this it's not possible to return your order anymore.

What steps do I take to return my order?
- Login to your account. If you have ordered as a guest, please register with the e-mail address you received your order confirmation on.
- Go to your order and click on the products you would like to return. Fill in a reason for return and desired solution.
- Your return request will be checked by our team and processed within 12 hours. We might call you to resolve any questions we might have and send you the return labels.
- Pack your chairs in original state and packaging and make sure it's protected for shipment. Assembled and used products are not accepted for return.
- Bring your order to a nearby DHL Parcelshop. You can find one here.
- Once we have received your return we will process and refund your order within 5 business days.
